Why you're not seeing results

You have have been consistent. So, why aren't you seeing progress?

 

If you are consistent, you will see progress. It is important to remember that it does not always happen within our expected timeline. 

 

Tracking progress is a great way to stay motivated, and it ensures that we're moving in the right direction. But it is important to remember that there are so many ways to track progress! I recommend taking photos every 6 weeks. Often, we are making progress, but don't see it day to day, and the scale is not a reliable guide. 

 

Other ways to track progress:

 

Are you completing your workouts consistently?

Are you feeling more energetic and sleeping better?

Are you feeling stronger in your workouts? 

Are you increasing the weights that you use for exercises?

Are you feeling more comfortable with new exercises?

Are your clothes fitting better?

Are you making healthier choices regularly?

Are you listening to your body and taking time to rest?

Are you being mindful of your self talk, ensuring that it is positive?


Progress can be different for everyone. Just remember to make progress in anything in life, we must be consistent.
