Strawberry and Coconut Collagen Bites

These protein bites are easy to make, with just a few simple ingredients. They are a great pre or post workout snack or with a good cup of coffee!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup collagen or your favorite vanilla protein powder.
Blend these together and set aside
1/2 cup nut butter
2 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips blended into chocolate pieces/dust (optional)
Mix the nut butter, honey and chocolate chip pieces together and then add it to the dry ingredients. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp’s of your choice of nut milk. It should be the consistency of cookie dough.
Next up….
Blend 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries and 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes and add half to your dough mixture. I used my hands to mix it together.
Roll the dough into bite size balls and then roll the bites in the remaining strawberry/coconut mixture.
Store them in the fridge!
