Is your roommate your BFF?

Health is more than our physical fitness and nutrition. They are important pieces of the puzzle, however our thoughts and our mindset are steering our ship, and decisions.
So my question for you: Do you tune in to that little voice whispering in your ear everyday?
If you do, what is she/he whispering?

That ‘little’ voice can have a big impact on our days.. our moods, our relationships, and the way we react to situations. Is that voice whispering words of kindness, support and applause? Or is it quietly whispering something else.. something that is deterring you from following your heart, passion and purpose?
I like to think of my little voice as a permanent “roommate” ....and we wouldn’t want to live with someone who is constantly complaining and putting us down all day would we?
So this is a gentle reminder to take note of our self talk.. is it positive? If not, let’s change it.
