Where are my chocolate lovers?! I am one of them and I am always looking for tasty homemade recipes.
This one passed the test - minimal ingredients, easy to make and tastes good!
You will need:
Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Coconut oil
Directions:
Cut your GG crackers in half
Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or the stove top.
Cover your GG crackers with chocolate, using a spoon or dip them in the chocolate.
Layer them, stacking 2-3 crackers. Drizzle with remaining chocolate. Place them in the freezer for a few hours.
DONE!
You can get creative and sprinkle coconut flakes, chopped nuts, chocolate chips or sprinkles on top. Or spread peanut butter in the middle and cover with chocolate. Store them in the freezer.
