​Is the app available on Apple and Android?
Yes. The app is available on both iPhone and Android phones.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
Although there are bodyweight only workouts on the app. you will need weights; preferably a lighter and a heavier set, resistance bands and a step or bench. There are also gym programs available that incorporate equipment found in most gyms.

I am a beginner. Are there programs available for someone just starting out?
Yes. There are two beginner programs on the app and most of the workouts on the app can be regressed or progressed based on the weights that you use for the exercises. The exercises also have a video demo with written and verbal cueing.
Are the workouts on-demand/follow along?
No, the workouts are interactive but not on-demand. The exercises are programmed with either reps or a timed interval. Press start and follow along.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in the Move 365 app under your settings or in your phone settings under subscriptions.
What is the subscription price?
An annual subscription is $169.99 or $14.00/month.

About Me
Hi! My name is Stephanie. Thank you for your interest in my training program. I have been working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over a decade, helping people feel and move better, improve their strength, and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). I have also earned a M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and a Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition.
I believe moving our bodies every day with intention improves both our physical and mental health, and that is why I created the Move 365 app. The app offers guided workouts, programs, and stretch and mobility routines from 5–60 minutes. You can follow a program or pick a workout based on how you feel and how much time you have available each day. We also have a supportive community and healthy recipes - at your fingertips.
