MEET STEPHANIE
Hi! Thank you for checking out my site. I have been a fitness professional for over 10 years, coaching 1 on 1, teaching group classes and training virtually. I am passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, get stronger and fall in love with exercise.
I am a graduate of NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) and earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I hold certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), TRX and have a level one certification with Precision Nutrition.
I believe moving our bodies intentionally every day improves both our physical and mental health, and that is why I am passionate about helping others create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

In addition to strength training. I enjoy training for endurance events and have run 2 full marathons, many half marathons and every distance in between, as well as sprint and Olympic distance Triathlons and open water swims.
I am married and an animal lover. I enjoy volunteering at local animal shelters and my husband and I have two fur kids. We enjoy an active lifestyle that includes running, hiking, traveling, live music, cribbage/card games and spending time with family.
